Canton Gourmet


Pork Chop Peking Style. My favorite dish in Cantonese restaurants. Nicely crispy on the outside while soft enough on the inside not to need a steak knife. It's drizzled with sauce that's a touch sweet.

    I'm there! We could also go to the Imperial Palace to compare the other dishes. Maybe next week?

    wow. Compare this dish with the same dish from Imperial Place. It looks like it's double the size.
